Shade-grown for over 21 days, these tender leaves develop heightened levels of L-theanine and chlorophyll, yielding a luminous, jewel-like green color and an exceptionally smooth, umami-rich cup.

Cultivated in award-winning Uji tea fields with years of dedicated stewardship, this matcha reflects a legacy of precision and care. The Samidori cultivar brings a refined sweetness and heightened vibrancy to the blend, elevating both color and complexity.
